Payment methods include PayPal and Credit cards.
PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment.
PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).
1) After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website.
2) You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one.
3) You can use the PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions.
Usually, PayPal e-check will take 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal.
The reasons why we suggest you use PayPal:
Payment is traceable. By using your PayPal account, you can trace the status of your payment.
When you make payment for your order, you don’t need to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). When you use your credit card through PayPal, nobody will see your credit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.
Order cancelation and Refunds policy
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us ([email protected]) within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can be no longer canceled.
Refund is one of our guarantee to customers. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guarantee time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Pastel-baby (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message to [email protected].
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 working days.
Shipping and delivery
Pastel-baby provides international shipping services to over 50 countries and islands throughout the world. Nothing is more important to us than providing excellent value and service to our customers.
How do you ship packages?
Most of our packages are shipped from our warehouse in China/ HongKong and we use ePacket or EMS depending on the weight, size and price of the product. For few products we offer shipping services from our partners’ warehouse and we use local post as our shipping partner. As soon as we ship your order, we send you an email with the tracking id.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer free shipping to more than 50 countries worldwide. However, we are unable to delivery to certain places. We will contact you if you are located in one of those countries.
What about customs?
Buyer will be sole responsible for custom fees once the items have been shipped from our warehouse. By ordering our products, you agree to have one or more goods shipped to you, and that you may be charged customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes an email will be sent to you with the tracking number once your order shipped out. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us. ([email protected]) Or function to track orders.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
You need not to worry as few shipping companies takes 2-5 business days to update the tracking information in their systems. If you don’t see any updates in tracking after 5 days of you receiving the tracking number, we will recommend to contact us. Don’t worry we got you covered until you receive your packet.
